Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic minimally invasive therapyon serum bilirubin and γ-GT in patients with common bile duct stones. Methods A total of 120 patients with common bile duct stones were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the drawing method, with 60 cases in each group. The experimental group was given laparoscopic choledocholithiasis, and the control group was given traditional choledocholithotomy. The perioperative indexes of the two groups were compared. Before and after surgical treatment, the differences of γ-GT,TBIL,DBIL and IBIL between the two groups were compared, and the differences of postoperative complication rate and recurrence rate between the two groups were compared. Results The blood loss, operation time and hospital stay in the experimental group were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the one-time stone clearance rate(P>0.05),The levels of hγ-GT,TBIL,DBIL and IBIL in the two groups at 24 hours after operation were lower than those before operation, and those in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications and the recurrence rate of stones between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The application of laparoscopic minimally invasive therapyin the treatment of common bile duct stones can help reduce intraoperative injury and liver function, shorten operation time, accelerate postoperative recovery, and improve prognosis.
