坦索罗辛在输尿管结石体外震波碎石术后辅助排石的临床效果

摘要目的探讨坦索罗辛在输尿管结石体外震波碎石术后辅助排石的临床效果。方法将90例输尿管结石患者随机分为两组, 对照组使用体外震波碎石术（ESWL）, 在此基础上, 观察组术后辅助坦索罗辛治疗, 对比两组的结石排净率、碎石及排石各指标、并发症、不良反应。结果观察组术后1周、4周的结石排净率均高于对照组（P< 0.05）; 观察组碎石次数、排石时间、止痛剂使用率、住院时间均少于对照组（P< 0.05）; 观察组肾绞痛、排尿困难、血尿、石街形成等并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P< 0.05）; 观察组眩晕、低血压、胃肠道症状、口干等不良反应发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P> 0.05）。结论坦索罗辛在输尿管结石体外震波碎石术后辅助排石的临床效果显著, 能有效促进排石, 提高结石排净率, 降低并发症发生率, 缩短排石时间及住院时间, 且用药不良反应少, 具有高效、安全的排石效果。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of tamsulosin in assisting stone removal after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy for ureteral calculi. Methods 90 patients with ureteral calculi were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy（ESWL）.On this basis, the observation group was assisted with tamsulosin treatment after surgery, and the stone clearance rate, lithotripsy and stone removal indicators, complications and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The stone free rate of the observation group at 1 week and 4 weeks after operation was higher than that of the control group（P< 0.05）; The times of lithotripsy, the time of stone removal, the use rate of analgesics and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were less than those in the control group（P< 0.05）; The incidence of renal colic, dysuria, hematuria, stone street formation and other complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P; The incidence of dizziness, hypotension, gastrointestinal symptoms, dry mouth and other adverse reactions in the observation group was similar to that in the control group（P> 0.05）. Conclusion Tamsulosin has a significant clinical effect in assisting stone removal after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy for ureteral calculi.It can effectively promote stone removal, improve the stone removal rate, reduce the incidence of complications, shorten the stone removal time and hospital stay, and has less adverse reactions.It has an efficient and safe stone removal effect.
