Abstract:Acute pesticide poisoning is a common life poisoning with high mortality, especially chlorfenapyr poisoning.Chlorfenitrile,as a highly effective and broad-spectrum arylpyrrole insecticide,is widely used in agriculture. It can be absorbed through the digestive tract, skin, respiratory tract and eyes, among which the digestive tract is the most important absorption mode.Once it enters the human body,it can interfere with the normal metabolic process of cells, leading to cell energy metabolism disorders, triggering total hyperthermia response, interfering with nerve signal transmission, leading to serious damage to the function of the nervous system, and the potential harm to the environment and human health cannot be ignored. This study reviewed the mechanism, clinical manifestations, diagnostic strategy, treatment strategy, prognosis assessment, acute poisoning treatment system construction and other aspects of the latest research progress, aimed at providing clinicians with comprehensive understanding and prevention strategies. This paper also discusses the necessity of establishing and improving the regional poisoning treatment system in order to improve the safe use level of chlorfenapyr and the success rate of treatment.
