Abstract:Objective To verify the performance ofcombined detection of three tumor markers of CA125,CA153 and CA199 by Roche Cobase602 electrochemiluminescence method in breast cancer and liver cancer patients, and to evaluate the consistency of results of electrochemiluminescence method and chemiluminescence microparticle immunoassay for detecting CA125,CA153 and CA199 in tumor diagnosis. Methods The above two chemiluminescence methods were used to detect the CA199,CA125,and CA153 of the120 tumor serum samples submitted for examination in our hospital, and the consistency of the final test results obtained by these two methods was evaluated. Results For the serum levels of CA125,CA153 and CA199 at low concentrations (0.0-35.0 U/ml),there were statistically significant differences in the results of the two methods. There were no significant differences in the detection results of the two detection methods under the condition of CA125,CA153 and CA199 at middle concentration and high concentration (35.1-500.0 U/ml,>500.0 U/ml),P>0.05.Conclusion Roche Cobase602 electrochemiluminescence method and chemiluminescencemicroparticle immunoassay have good consistency in the high-value parts of ndicators such as CA125,CA153 and CA199.Although there is no universality,it can be seen that the data among the CA125,CA153 and CA199 detection systems at low concentration are not consistent, and are consistent at middle and high concentrations.
