Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hysteroscopic mediastinal hysterectomy in the treatment of incomplete mediastinum. Methods A total of 94 patients with incomplete uterine mediastinum were selected and divided into control group(n=47)and observation group(n=47)according to their admission time. The control group was treated with transabdominal hysterectomy, while the observation group was treated with hysteroscopic hysterectomy. The perioperative indicators and postoperative pregnancy status of the two groups were compared. Results The operative time(56.40±12.65)min and the length of hospital stay(3.74±0.58)d in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group [(68.97±13.10)min and(6.05±1.02)d],and the intraoperative blood loss(30.16±8.05)mL was less than that in the control group(58.42±8.69)mL,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate(95.74%)and the live birth rate(86.67%)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group [(80.85%),(63.16%)],and the spontaneous abortion rate(13.33%)in the pregnant patients was lower than that in the control group(36.84%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion Hysteroscopic hysterectomy for incomplete uterine mediastinum can effectively shorten the operation time, reduce intraoperative bleeding, benefit postoperative recovery, improve postoperative pregnancy rate, and improve pregnancy outcome.
