Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of dexmedetomidine nasal drops combined with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia induction in children's lower abdominal surgery. Methods 88 children who underwent abdominal were selected as the research objects, according to the anesthesia method, they were divided into observation group and control group, each with 44 cases,The observation group was given dexmedetomidine nasal drip combined with sevoflurane inhalation, and the control group was given sevoflurane inhalation. The indexes, hemodynamic indexes, satisfaction degree of sedation,The indexes, hemodynamic indexes, satisfaction degree of sedation, postoperative restlessness score and adverse reactions during the recovery period of anesthesia were compared between the two groups of children. Results The staying time,eye-opening time, and extubation time of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Two hours after skin incision, the observation group’s average arterial pressure and heart rate index were better than those of the control group(P<0.05)The sedation satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the postoperative restlessness scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after 5 minutes and 15 minutes after waking up(P<0.05). Conclusion Dexmedetomidine nasal drops combined with sevoflurane inhalation applied to children's lower abdominal surgery has a clear effect, helps stabilize hemodynamics, effectively improves children's postoperative restlessness, and has high safety.
