Abstract:Objective To explore the significance of N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-ProBNP)and cardiac troponin I(cTnI)joint test in the differential diagnosis of different types of arrhythmia. Methods 126 patients with arrhythmia were selected. The patients were divided into ventricular early group(n=45),atrial fibrillation group(n=40),atrial flutter group(n=20),and ventricular tachycardia group(n=21).In addition,40 healthy people who underwent routine physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. All selected subjects were tested for NT-ProBNP and cTnI,and the levels of NT-ProBNP and cTnI were compared in the five groups. In addition, the accuracy of different indicators in the differential diagnosis of different types of arrhythmia was compared. Results Compared with the five groups, the control group<ventricular tachycardia group<ventricular early group<atrial fibrillation group<atrial flutter group;compared with the five groups of cTnI,the control group<ventricular early group<atrial fibrillation group<atrial flutter group<ventricular tachycardia group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).the accuracy of NT-ProBNP and cTnI combined in the diagnosis of different types of arrhythmia was higher than that of a single test of each index, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of NT-ProBNP and cTnI joint test in the differential diagnosis of different types of arrhythmia is helpful to make accurate judgments and improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
