临床药师主导的药学服务对活血祛瘀类中成药使用合理性的影响

摘要目的探讨临床药师主导的药学服务对活血祛瘀类中成药使用合理性的影响。方法选取480例患者作为研究对象,随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各240例。其中观察组采取以临床药师主导的药学服务,对照组采取常规的药学服务。干预前后比较两组患者合理用药情况、患者药物了解程度、药物依从性及满意度情况。结果观察组不合理用药率为28.33%明显低于对照组45.42%（P<0.05）;临床药师主导干预前,两组患者药物了解程度、药物依从性均无明显变化（P>0.05）,干预后,两组患者药物了解程度、药物依从性均高于干预前且观察组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）;临床药师主导干预后,观察组患者总满意度93.33%明显高于对照组82.50%,差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）;临床药师主导干预后,观察组患者不良反应发生率12.08%显著低于对照组19.17%,差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论临床药师主导的药学服务可有效提高患者活血祛瘀类中成药使用合理性。

Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of clinical pharmacist led pharmaceutical care on the rationality of the use of Chinese patent medicines for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Methods 480 patients treated with Chinese patent medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 240 cases in each group.The observation group was given pharmaceutical care led by clinical pharmacists,while the control group was given routine pharmaceutical care.Before and after the intervention,the rational drug use,drug understanding,drug compliance and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results the rate of irrational drug use in the observation group was 28.33%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group（45.42%）（P<0.05）;Before the intervention led by clinical pharmacists,There was no significant difference in drug understanding and drug compliance between the two groups（P>0.05）.After the intervention,the drug understanding and drug compliance of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the wide intervention was significantly higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）;After the intervention led by clinical pharmacists,the total satisfaction of the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（82.50%）（P<0.05）;After clinical pharmacist led intervention,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group（12.08%）was significantly lower than that in the control group（19.17%）（P<0.05）.Conclusion Chinese medicine can improve the rationality of Chinese medicine.
