| Influenceof Diazepam Combined with Phenobarbital Treatmenton Symptom Control Duration of Febrile Convulsion in Children |

Abstract Objective To study the influence of diazepam combined with phenobarbital treatmenton the symptom control duration of febrile convulsion in children. Methods 104 cases of febrile convulsion in children were selected and randomly divided into a combined drug group（n=52）and a single drug group（n=52）.The single drug group used diazepam,and the combined drug group added phenobarbital on this basis.The therapeutic effect,drug onset time,convulsion improvement time,body temperature recovery time,hospitalization time,myocardial enzyme levels [creatinephosphate kinase（CK）,lactate dehydrogenase（LDH）,creatine kinase isoenzyme（CKI）],brain nerve related factors [neuropeptide Y（NPY）,neurotrophic factor（BDNF）] andchanges of adverse reactions occurrence rate of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the combined drug group 94.23%（49/52）washigher than that of the single drug group 73.08%（38/52）,with a statistical difference（P<0.05）;Compared with the single drug group,the drug onset time,convulsion improvement time,body temperature recovery time and hospitalization time of the combined drug group were shorter（P<0.05）;Compared with the single drug group,the levels of CK,CKI and LDH in the combined drug groupafter treatment were lower,with statistical differences（P<0.05）;Compared with the single drug group,the levels of NPY and BDNF in the combined drug groupafter treatment were lower,with statistical differences（P<0.05）;There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the combination group 3.85%（2/52）and the single drug group 11.54%（6/52）（P>0.05）. Conclusion Diazepam combined with phenobarbital in treating febrile convulsions in childrenhas obvious curative effect.It can improve clinical symptoms,regulate the level of myocardial enzymes and the expression of brain nerve factors,and is safe to use,which can be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
