高选择性翼管神经切断术治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的疗效评估

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of highly selective pterygoid canal neurotomy in the treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis. Methods 100 patients with perennial allergic rhinitis were randomly selected and divided into a control group and a study group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received conventional functional endoscopic nasal cavity-sinus surgery,while the study group received endoscopic assisted highly selective pterygoid neurotomy (Preserve the orbital branch of the pterygoid canal nerve).The nasal symptom visual analogue scale（VAS） and rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire（RQLQ） were used to statistically analyze the improvement of preoperative and postoperative quality of life,nasal congestion,sneezing,and runny nose in two groups of patients,and to analyze the difference in efficacy between the two treatment methods. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the VAS score and RQLQ score of rhinitis symptoms between the two groups of patients before surgery（P>0.05）;The VAS score and RQLQ score of postoperative rhinitis symptoms in the control group were higher than those in the study group,with a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P<0.001）. Conclusion For perennial Allergic rhinitis cases,highly selective pterygoid neurotomy is a more effective surgical treatment compared to conventional functional endoscopic nasal cavity-sinus surgery.
