The Efficacy of Budesonide Formoterol and Breztri Aerosphere in the Treatment of Moderate to Severe COPD and Their Impact on Lung Function |

Abstract Objective To explore the efficacy of budesonide formoterol and Breztri Aerosphere in the treatment of moderate to severe COPD and their impact on lung function. Methods A total of 120 patients with moderate and severe COPD were selected as the study objects.The 120 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The treatment method of observation group was Breztri Aerosphere,and the treatment method of control group was budesonide formoterol inhalation aerosol.Conventional lung function indexes,blood gas analysis,efficacy,adverse reactions and quality of life were compared between the two groups before intervention and one month after intervention. Results (1)After one month of intervention,the FVC,FEV1,and FEV1% of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);(2)After one month of intervention,the PaO2,SaO2,and pH values of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while PaCO2 was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);(3)After one month of intervention,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions(P>0.05);(4)The quality-of-life scores of both groups of patients decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group scored better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with budesonide formoterol inhalation aerosol,Breztri Aerosphere is more conducive to promoting the recovery of lung function and improving the blood gas condition in patients with moderate and severe COPD,with more obvious curative effect,high safety,and contributing to the improvement of patients' quality of life,so it is worth promoting.
