PDCA在缩短胸痛患者急诊抢救室停留时间的应用价值分析

Abstract Objective To explore the application value of PDCA in shortening the stay time in emergency room of patients with chest pain.Methods The Acute Myocardial Infarction patients admitted to the emergency department in the first quarter of 2019 and the acute myocardial infarction patients managed by PDCA in the second quarter and the third quarter of 2019 were selected retrospectively,by comparing the number of people staying in the emergency room for more than 50 minutes and the length of time spent in the emergency room in three quarters,the applied value of PDCA in shortening the time spent in the emergency room for patients with chest pain was analyzed.Results The number of patients with emergency chest pain staying longer than 50 minutes in emergency room decreased from 25.32% in the first quarter to 18.62% in the second quarter and 12% in the third quarter（P<0.05）,pDCA decreased to 55.4±6.5 min in the second quarter and 49.3±2.3 min in the Third Quarter（P<0.05）.Conclusion PDCA can shorten the stay time in emergency room of patients with chest pain.
