烯丙雌醇联合地屈孕酮治疗先兆流产患者的安全性研究

Abstract Objective To study the safety of allylestrenol combined with dydrogesterone in the treatment of threatened miscarriage(TM)patients. Methods A total of 62 TM patients in our hospital from were randomly divided into a single group(n=31)and a combined group(n=31).The single group was treated with dydrogesterone,and the combined group was treated with allylestrenol combined with dydrogesterone.The curative effect,improvement time of symptoms,endocrine hormone [progesterone(P),estradiol(E2),β-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-hCG)],uterine blood flow parameters [pulsatility index(PI),resistance index(RI)],adverse reactions and pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the combined group was,which was higher than that of the single group(P<0.05);compared with the single group,the improvement time of vaginal bleeding and low back and abdominal pain in the combined group was shorter(P<0.05);after treatment,compared with the single group,the levels of P,E2,and β-hCG in the combined group were higher(P<0.05);after treatment,compared with the single group,the levels of PI and RI in the combined group were lower(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was,which was not significantly different from that of the single group(P>0.05);the success rate of miscarriage prevention in the combined group was,and the full-term delivery rate was,which were higher than those of the single group and,and the miscarriage rate was,which was lower than that of the single group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of allylestrenol combined with dydrogesterone in TM can improve the curative effect,improve the levels of endocrine hormones and uterine blood flow,effectively relieve clinical symptoms,improve pregnancy outcomes,and have good safety.
