Clinical Value of Urine α1-MG,Urine Transferrin,Serum β2-MG and Cys-C in Early Diagnosis of Chronic Glomerulonephritis |

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical value of urine α 1-microglobulin(α 1-MG)and serum β 2-microglobulin(β 2-MG),transferrin(TRF)and cystatin(Cys)- C in the early diagnosis of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods 95 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were divided into three groups according to the pathological classification:group A(35 cases)with mesangial hyperplasia,group B(31 cases)with capillary type and group C(29 cases)with membranous type;the control group was 32 healthy people in our hospital from June 2020 to September 2020.The levels of urine α1-MG and serum β2-MG,TRF and Cys-C were detected and compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of urine α 1-mg,serum TRF,serum β 2-mg and serum Cys-C in group A,B and C were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with group A,the levels of above detection indexes in group B and group C were increased(P<0.05).Compared with group A and group B,the levels of above detection indexes in group C were increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the positive rates of detection indexes were significantly increased(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the positive rates of detection indexes in group A with group B and group B with group C(P>0.05).There was no statistical difference between the positive rates of detection indexes in(P>0.05).Compared with group A,the positive rate of detection indexes in group C was increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of α - 1mg in urine and β - 2mg,TRF and Cys-C in serum of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis are abnormal.Detection of the above indicators has important clinical value in early diagnosis.
