经侧后路椎间孔镜下椎间盘髓核摘除术对腰椎间盘突出症患者术后疼痛程度及腰椎功能的影响

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of intervertebral disc nucleus pulposus excision under lateral posterior foraminal endoscopy（PTED）on postoperative pain（VAS）and lumbar function（ODI）in patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods 82 patients with lumbar disc herniation in our hospital were selected and divided into a study group（n=41）and a control group（n=41）according to the random number table method.The control group was treated withposterior interlaminar fenestration of the nucleus pulposus（FD）surgery,and the study group was treated with PTED.The operation condition,VAS and ODI scores before and after operation,serum soluble tumor necrosis factor type I receptor（sTNF-RI）,prostaglandin E2（PGE2）levels,and complications were counted. Results The operation time of the study group was longer than that of the control group,but the incision length was shorter than that of the control group,The blood loss during operation was less than that of the control group,the length of postoperative bed stay and postoperative hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group（P<0.05）;The VAS and ODI scores of the study group after operation were lower than those of the control group（P<0.05）;The serum sTNF-RI level of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the PGE2 level was lower than that of the control group 1 day after operation（P<0.05）;The complication rate of the study group（4.88%）was lower than that of the control group（19.51%）（P<0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of lumbar disc herniation with PTED has significant effect and safety,which is beneficial to improve the lumbar function of patients.
