芪芍疏胃健肝汤联合西药治疗消化性溃疡的疗效观察

Abstract Objective To explore the curative effect of Qishao Shuwei Jiangan Decoction combined with western medicine on peptic ulcer. Methods 80 patients admitted to our hospital that met the PU inclusion criteria were selected as the research object,and were randomly divided into a traditional Chinese medicine group and a conventional group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with Western medicine alone.The Chinese medicine group added Qishao Shuwei Jiangan Decoction on the basis of the conventional group for two consecutive months.The clinical efficacy and gastroscopy efficacy of the two groups were evaluated,and the changes of serum indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The total clinical effective rate of the Chinese medicine group was 92.50%,which was significantly higher than that of the conventional group of 90.00%.The total effective rate of gastroscopy in the traditional Chinese medicine group was 82.50%,which was significantly higher than that in the conventional group（60.00%）（P<0.05）.Compared with before treatment,the serum motilin（MTL）,somatostatin（SS）and gastrin（GAS）of the two groups of patients were improved after treatment,and the Chinese medicine group was more obvious,the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion Qishao Shuwei Jiangan Decoction combined with western medicine has significant effect on the treatment of PU,which can effectively improve the level of gastrointestinal hormones in patients.
