Analysis of The Value of Ultrasound BI-RADS Grade 3~5 in The Diagnosis of Breast Malignant Tumor |

Abstract Objective Discuss the value analysis of ultrasound BI-RADS grade 3~5 in the diagnosis of breast malignant tumor. Methods There were 134 patients with ultrasound BI-RADS grade 3~5 and underwent puncture biopsy or surgical resection.The total number of lesions was 165.The correlation between different BI-RADS grades and pathological results was analyzed. Results Of the 165 lesions,34 were malignant(20.60%),131 were benign(79.40%),In patients with malignant tumors,Age<40 years 6 cases 17.65%(6/34),Prevalence rate 11.76%(6/51);Age≥40 years 28 cases 82.35%(28/34),The prevalence rate was 33.73%(28/83).Malignant lesions had significant differences in morphology,shape,margin,internal echo,posterior echo attenuation,microcalcification,vascular distribution,blood flow resistance index(P<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound BI-RADS grading can accurately evaluate breast masses,Description of specifications Ultrasound is the first choice for breast cancer screening and diagnosis,and has important clinical significance for the detection of early breast cancer.
