Application Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Placental Implantation |

Abstract Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of placental implantation and its subtypes. Methods The clinical data of 42 patients with suspected placental implantation by prenatal ultrasound in Guangzhou first people's Hospital in recent years were analyzed retrospectively.Firstly,the coincidence rate of color Doppler and MRI in the diagnosis of placental implantation was compared.Secondly,the ultrasonic imaging characteristics before delivery were analyzed and scored retrospectively according to the ultrasonic scoring system.By comparing and analyzing the score differences and intraoperative bleeding indexes between different placenta implantation groups,normal placenta groups and placenta implantation groups,to evaluate the value of ultrasound score in the diagnosis of placenta implantation,and to evaluate the value of ultrasound score in predicting the amount of intraoperative bleeding of pregnant women with placenta implantation. Results Among 42 pregnant women with suspected placental implantation before delivery,36 were diagnosed with placental implantation after delivery,and the diagnostic coincidence rate was 85.7%;38 pregnant women were examined by ultrasound and MRI at the same time before delivery.Among them,34 cases were diagnosed as placental implantation after delivery,of which the coincidence rate of ultrasound diagnosis was 89.4%,and 32 cases were diagnosed correctly by MRI,with a coincidence rate of .There was no significant difference in the diagnostic coincidence rate between the two methods;The ultrasound score of placenta implantation group was significantly higher than that of normal placenta group.The ultrasound score of placenta implantation group and penetrating placenta implantation group was significantly higher than that of Placenta Adhesion group;The higher the ultrasound score,the more intraoperative bleeding,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant. Conclusion The diagnostic coincidence rate of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of placental implantation is high,and there is no significant difference compared with MRI,indicating that prenatal ultrasonography has important value in the diagnosis of placental implantation.The use of ultrasound scoring system can more Objectively evaluate the diagnosis and classification of placental implantation.It has important value in predicting its prognosis and is worthy of popularization.
