| The Effect of Atorvastatin Calcium Tablet on Neurologic Function and Serum Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke |

Abstract Objective To study the effect of atorvastatin calcium tablet on nerve function and serum inflammatory factors in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 124 patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into two groups：the control group（62 cases）and the observation group（62 cases）.Both groups received routine treatment.The control group was treated with aspirin enteric coated tablets.The observation group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets on the basis of the control group.Changes of menstrual function,motor function and serum inflammatory factors. Results After 3 months of treatment,the NIHSS score of the control group was higher than that of the observation group,and the FMA score was lower than that of the observation group（P<0.05）;the levels of TNF - α,IL-1 β,IL-6,CRP,GFAP,NSE and S100 β protein in the serum of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion Atorvastatin can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors in serum,reduce the inflammatory response,promote the recovery of nerve function and motor ability,and improve the therapeutic effect.
