关节镜下内固定治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的疗效观察

Abstract Objective To observe the efficacy of arthroscopic internal fixation in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures.Methods A total of 78 patients with complex tibial plateau fractures who were treatedwere selected as the research objects,and divided into the observation group（n=39）and the control group（n=39）according to random number table method.The control group received traditional open reduction and internal fixation（ORIF）,and the observation group received knee arthroscopic internal fixation.The differences in surgical indicators（incision length,blood loss,postoperative drainage,operation time and ambulation time）between the two groups were compared.The differences in knee function（HSS）,fracture healing effect,and complication rates were compared between the two groups before surgery and 3 months after surgery.Results The incision length,blood loss,postoperative drainage volume,operation time and ambulation time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group（P<0.05）.At 3 months after operation,the HSS score of the two groups was significantly higher than that before operation,and at the same time,the HSS score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）.The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusions Arthroscopic internal fixation has the advantages of small surgical incision and fewer complications,which can promote the recovery of knee joint function in patients with complex tibial fractures and contribute to prognosis.
