Abstract Objective To investigate the pregnancy outcome and related factors of adverse pregnancy outcome in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. Methods The clinical characteristics and laboratory data of 66 pregnant women with SLE were retrospectively analyzed.The groups were divided into normal group and SLE group,and the SLE group was further divided into adverse pregnancy outcome group（APO）and normal pregnancy outcome group（NPO）. Results The incidence of premature rupture of membranes,hypoalbuminemia,hyperuricemia and hypokalemia in SLE group was significantly higher than that in N group.The incidence of APO in SLE group was significantly higher than that in N group.The incidence of lupus nephritis and hypoalbuminemia in APO group were higher than those in NPO group.Total protein and Albumin in APO group were lower than those in NPO group,while alkaline phosphatase,γ-glutamyltransferase and uric acid were higher than those in NPO group.The positive rate of urinary occult blood and urinary protein in APO group was higher than that in NPO group. Conclusion 1.Pregnant women with SLE are more prone to APO events.2.Among pregnant women with SLE,pregnant women with APO are more likely to have low serum Tp,Alb levels,high UA,and double positive features of urinary protein/urinary occult blood.
