Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of different modes of intracerebral hematoma puncture in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods the clinical data of 86 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were retrospectively analyzed.43 patients with CT guided intracerebral hematoma puncture were included in the control group, and 43 patients with 3D printing operation guide assisted intracerebral hematoma puncture were included in the observation group. The levels of cerebral metabolic indexes, puncture conditions and hematoma clearance effect were compared between the two groups before and 5 days after operation. Results On the 5th day after operation, the levels of cerebral perfusion pressure(CPP)and cerebral oxygen uptake rate(CeO2)of the two groups were higher than those before operation, and the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);the puncture accuracy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);on the 5th day after operation, the hematoma clearance efficiency of the two groups was higher, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion compared with CT guided intracerebral hematoma puncture,3D printing operation guide assisted intracerebral hematoma puncture can improve the puncture accuracy and hematoma clearance rate of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, and improve the level of brain metabolism, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
