Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of insulin aspart combined with metformin on blood glucose and pregnancy outcome in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM). Methods 110 GDM patients admitted to our hospital were selected to carry out research, and the patients were divided into control group(55 cases)and observation group(55 cases)according to the same proportion. The observers were treated with metformin on the basis of control. The changes of blood glucose level and pregnancy outcome of pregnant women in the two groups were compared, and the neonatal complications were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of FPG(4.26 0.67)mmol/L,1HPG(8.11 0.23)mmol/L and 2HPG(7.41 0.38)mmol/L in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(5.12 0.87)mmol/L and(8.46)The pregnancy outcome in the observation group was better than that in the control group. The total incidence of cesarean section, polyhydramnios and macrosomia in the observation group was 12.72%,which was lower than that in the control group(30.91%,P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal complications in the observation group was 10.91%,which was lower than that in the control group(27.27%,P<0.05). Conclusion Insulin aspart combined with metformin is used to treat GDM,It can reduce the blood sugar, and the combination of the two drugs has better therapeutic effect,so that the blood sugar of patients can be controlled in the normal range, and the pregnancy outcome can be improved and the complications can be reduced, which can be popularized and applied.
