Abstract：Objective To study the effect of butylphthalide combined with Shenmai injection on nerve and vascular endothelial function in acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 110 patients diagnosed with acute cerebral infarction.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Shenmai injection,and the observation group was treated with butylphthalide on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,neurological function,vascular endothelial function and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.36%（53 / 55）,which was higher than that of the control group[85.45%（47/55）]（P<0.05）.After treatment,the levels of HDL and NO increased,and the levels of TC,ET,LDL and VEGF decreased in the two groups,and the improvement of the above indexes in the observation group was better than that in the control group（P<0.05）.After treatment,NIHSS and mRSscores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and Barthel index scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was significant（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P>0.05）. Conclusion Butylphthalide combined with Shenmai injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can effectively improve the neurological function and vascular endothelial function of patients,promote the rehabilitation of patients,improve the treatment effect,with safety.
