Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of weight loss on sexual function and semen parameters of obese patients.Methods 110 obese patients were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine therapy,while the research group was treated with exenatide+orlistat.The erectile dysfunction rate of the two groups was observed,and the levels of body weight,body mass index（BMI）,blood lipids [low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）,total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）and high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）],sexual function（IIEF-5 score）and semen parameters[proportion of sperm moving forward].Results After treatment,the body weight and BMI of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group（P<0.05）.After treatment,TC and TG of both groups were lower than before treatment,HDL-C was higher than before treatment,and the study group was better than the control group（P<0.05）.The erectile dysfunction rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group（P<0.05）.After treatment,IIEF-5 score of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and that of the study group was higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）.After treatment,the proportion of sperm moving forward,sperm concentration and sperm motility in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion Weight loss has a definite effect on obesity patients,and can effectively improve their sexual function and semen parameters.
