To Explore the Clinical Value of Acetylcysteine Combined with Ambroxol in the Treatment of Acute Episode of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in the Elderly
Abstract:Objective To study the clinical value of acetylcysteine combined with ambroxol in the treatment of acute attack of senile chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 56 patients were randomly divided into two groups.28 cases in the single group were treated with ambroxol and 28 cases in the combined group were treated with acetylcysteine. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results the effective rate of the combined group was 96.43%,and that of the single group was 82.14%.Compared with the single group, the combined group was higher(χ2=5.333,P=0.021).The remission time of three clinical symptoms in the combined group was earlier than that in the single group(P<0.05).The cough frequency of the combined group was lower than that of the single group(P<0.05),and the proportion of sputum viscosity I and III was higher than that of the single group(P<0.05);there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Acetylcysteine combined with ambroxol can relieve the dyspnea and other clinical symptoms in the elderly patients with COPD.
