Abstract:Objective To observe the spiritual health status of patients with gastric cancer after laparoscopic D2 radical gastrectomy,and to analyze its influencing factors. Methods 93 patients with gastric cancer who underwent laparoscopic D2 radical gastrectomy in the hospital from January 2018 to August 2020 were selected. The spiritual health status of patients was evaluated 3 months after operation and divided them into good group and poor group,designed a general data questionnaire to collect and record the general data of patients and compared them;the influencing factors of poor spiritual health were found out regression analysis. Results 49 cases of 93 patients with gastric cancer after operation had poor spiritual health,accounting for 52.69%;compared the marital status and pathological stages of patients in poor group and good group(P<0.05);the results of Logistic regression analysis showed that unmarried/divorced/widowed and high pathological stage were the influencing factors of the spiritual health of patients with gastric cancer after laparoscopic D2 radical gastrectomy(OR>1,P<0.05). Conclusion Onmarried/divorced/widowed and high pathological stage may be the influencing factors of poor spiritual health of patients with gastric cancer after laparoscopic D25 radical gastrectomy.
