Abstract:Objective To explore the diagnostic efficiency of dynamic enhancement quantitative parameters of Magnetic Resonance Imaging,MRI)in hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods 112 patients with liver space-occupying lesions admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to June 2020 were divided into experimental group(51 cases with hepatocellular carcinoma)and control group(61 cases with benign liver tumor)according to different diseases.Comparing the initial Area under curve,iAUC),rate constant,Kep),extra vascular extra cellular volume fraction(ve),volume transfer con-stant(ktrans)of normal liver tissues and lesions between the two groups, and observing the diagnostic efficacy of various quantitative parameters. Results iAUC,Ve,Kep,Ktrans in the two groups were higher than those in normal tissues(P<0.05).IAUC,Kep,Ktrans in experimental group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in Ve(P>0.05).The specificity, sensitivity and cut-off value of Ktrans were 66.7%,81.9% and 0.209 respectively. The specificity, sensitivity and cut-off value of Kep were 58.4%,75.3% and 0.468 respectively. The specificity, sensitivity and threshold of iAUC were 58.4%,81.7% and 24.825,respectively. Conclusion Dynamic enhancement of quantitative parameters by MRI in the differential diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma has better diagnostic efficiency and is worthy of application and popularization.
