Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of Singulair combined with interferon(IFN)on RSV bronchiolitis and its influence on the level of inflammatory markers. Methods A total of 60 cases of RSV bronchiolitis were randomLy divided into single group and combined group according to odd-even number method, with 30 cases in each group. The single group was treated with Singulair, and the combination group was treated with Singulair and IFN.The clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed, and the regression time of cough, wheezing, pulmonary wheezing sound and wet rales was observed 7 days after medication. The changes of inflammatory indexes(CysLTs,hs-CRP,IL-4,IL-8)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups, and the adverse reactions of the children after medication were recorded. Results After 7 days of treatment, the effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the single group(P<0.05).The regression time of cough and other discomfort in the combined group was shorter than that in the single group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the levels of CysLTs,hs-CRP,IL-4 and IL-8 in the two groups(P>0.05).After 7 days of treatment, serum levels of CysLTs,hs-CRP,IL-4 and IL-8 in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05).The decrease of the combined group was more obvious than that of the single group at the same time(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions The treatment of RSV bronchiolitis with Singulair combined with IFN can improve the curative effect, reduce the level of respiratory inflammation, and the medicines and ways are safe, which is suitable for clinical application.
