Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of cefaclor and bromhexine hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of infantile bronchiolitis. Methods 116 children with moderate to severe bronchiolitis were divided into the control group(n=61)and the observation group(n=55)according to the random number table method. The control group was given compound ipratropium bromide and budesonide suspension, the observation group was combined with cefaclor and bromhexine hydrochloride tablets on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, pulmonary function, inflammation and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the RR of the two groups decreased, and VT,TPTEF/TE,and VPEF/VE increased. The RR of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, while VT,TPTEF/TE and TPEF/VE were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TGF-β1 and IL-10 increased in the two groups compared with before treatment.TGF-β1 and IL-10 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment period in the other two groups. Conclusion The triple combination of cefaclor and bromhexine hydrochloride tablets, compound ipratropium bromide and budesonide suspension is effective in the treatment of bronchiolitis in children, and can coordinately improve lung function and reduce inflammation.
