Abstract:Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect of general anesthesia combined with epidural block(EB)anesthesia in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer(lrrcc),focusing on the impact of the combined anesthesia scheme on hemodynamic indexes and recovery quality. Methods 88 patients with lrrcc in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, with 44 cases in each group from. The control group was given general anesthesia. On the basis of general anesthesia, the observation group was given EB anesthesia.Hemodynamic parameters [mean arterial pressure(map)and heart rate(HR)],recovery quality and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results compared with the control group, the map and HR of the observation group with general anesthesia combined with EB anesthesia at T1 and T2 were lower, the recovery time and extubation time were shorter, and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower, with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion the use of general anesthesia combined with EB anesthesia during lrrcc operation is conducive to stabilizing the hemodynamics of patients, improving the quality of recovery, shortening the time of recovery and extubation, and has less adverse reactions.
