Abstract：Objective To carry out oxaliplatin combined with chemotherapy in patients with colon cancer,and analyze the clinical effect of this method.Methods A total of 78 patients with colon cancer were searched.The patients were all treated with oxaliplatin + 5-fluorouracil + calcium leucovorin,and the clinical application of this treatment was analyzed..Results The treatment effect of the patients increased significantly,TNF-α decreased,IL-2 decreased,and the incidence of adverse reactions was low,especially the decrease of white blood cells and stomatitis.Conclusion Oxaliplatin combined with chemotherapy is effective and safe in treating colon cancer.
