Abstract:Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of B-ultrasound in placental abruption of different severity. Methods 63 cases with prenatal diagnosis of placental abruption were retrospectively analyzed, and the data of puerperae were confirmed after delivery.According to the severity of placental abruption, they were divided into grade I,grade II and grade III by Sher method, and they were compared with the B-ultrasound diagnosis results. The ultrasound characteristics of placental abruption of different severity were analyzed. Results 47 cases of placental abruption were diagnosed by B-ultrasound,and the detection rate was 74.60% and the accuracy rate was 55.32%(26/47),including 7 cases of mild(grade I)placental abruption and 19 cases of moderate-to-severe(grade II-III)placental abruption.Among patients with grade I placental abruption, there was no blood accumulation behind the placenta and there was no obvious change in placental shape.Among patients with grade II placental abruption, the placenta was thickened in the separation area and protruded toward the amniotic cavity.Among patients with grade III placental abruption, there was messy hematoma internal echo between the placenta and uterine wall and poor sound transmission in amniotic fluid, and there were low floating echoes and clumps. Conclusion B-ultrasound of different degrees of placental abruption is different.B-ultrasound can be used in the diagnosis of placental abruption and provide sonograms for clinical reference, but other examinations are needed.
