Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of sodium fructose diphosphate combined with creatine phosphate on children with viral myocarditis(VMC).Methods A total of 84 pediatric VMC children were collected as research subjects. They were divided into a control group and an observation group with 42 cases each. The control group was treated with sodium fructose diphosphate, and the observation group was treated with sodium fructose diphosphate combined with creatine phosphate.Compare the changes of myocardial injury markers(cTnI,CK-MB)and oxidative stress indicators(SOD,GSH)in the two groups of children before and after 14 days of treatment. The difference in efficacy between the two groups of children after 14 days of treatment and the difference in adverse drug reactions between the two groups of children within 14 days of treatment were compared. Results After 14 days of treatment, the curative effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The cTnI and CK-MB in the two groups of children were significantly lower than before the treatment, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group at the same time.SOD and GSH were significantly higher than before treatment, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group at the same time, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Within 14 days of treatment, there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Sodium fructose diphosphate combined with creatine phosphate acupuncture is effective in treating children with VMC,can improve cardiac function, reduce myocardial oxidation, and has good drug safety. It is suitable for clinical popularization.
