Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical data of 89 COVID-19 patients in Bengbu area to determine the severity of the patient's condition.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 89 patients with common type of novel coronavirus infection pneumonia admitted to Bengbu Infectious Diseases Hospital in February 2020 as the confirmed case group.The patients were divided into mild and severe two groups,and the two groups were hospitalized Symptoms,laboratory examinations,chest CT Resultsduring the period.Results Mild and severe patients were relatively younger,and the clinical symptoms of severe loss of appetite and dyspnea were different,which was statistically significant(P<0.05);the white blood cell count,neutrophil count,and lymphocyte count of mild patients,Albumin,cystatin C,lactate dehydrogenase,microglobulin compared with severe patients,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The relevant laboratory tests and clinical symptoms of COVID-19 patients are more typical,which can be used as relevant indicators for the progress of mild patients.
