Abstract:Objective To explore the results of coagulation function monitoring in premature infants of different gestational ages and their correlation with hemorrhagic disease.Methods A total of 120 premature infants were included in the study.According to the difference in gestational age,they were divided into small-gestational-age premature infant group(≤34 weeks,n=51) and large-gestational-age premature infant group (>34 weeks and <37 weeks,n=69).The fibrin degradation products (FDP),fibrinogen (FIB),prothrombin time (PT),activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT),D-dimer (DD) and other coagulation function indicators were monitored and analyzed at 2h after delivery,and the correlation between different gestational ages and hemorrhagic disease was analyzed.Results There were no significant differences in gender and delivery methods between small-gestational-age premature infant group and large-gestational-age premature infant group(P>0.05).The gestational age and body mass in small-gestational-age premature infant group was lower than those in large-gestational-age premature infant group (P<0.05).The levels of FDP,PT,APTT and DD in small-gestational-age premature infant group were higher than those in large-gestational-age premature infant group(P<0.05).The FIB level in small-gestational-age premature infant group was lower than that in large-gestational-age premature infant group(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of bleeding in small-gestational-age premature infant group was higher than that in large-gestational-age premature infant group (15.69% vs.2.89%) (P<0.05).Conclusion The results of coagulation function monitoring are different among premature infants of different gestational ages,and premature infants of small gestational ages are prone to hemorrhagic disease.Thus it is necessary to strengthen the coagulation function monitoring and strictly pay attention to patients of small gestational ages,so as to effectively prevent the occurrence of hemorrhagic disease.
