Abstract:Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of alteplase thrombolysis combined with butylphthalide on acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected and divided into an observation group(50 cases)and a control group(50 cases)according to the random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with alteplase thrombolysis + conventional medications. On the basis of the control group, patients in the observation group were treated with butylphthalide for 14 days.Compare the levels of serum PTX-3,MMP-9,S100β,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)score before treatment and 14 days after treatment between the two groups. The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was compared between the two groups. Results Compared with before treatment, the serum PTX-3,MMP-9,and S100β levels of the two groups were significantly reduced after 14 days of treatment, and the serum PTX-3,MMP-9,and S100β levels of the observation group were significantly reduced, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment, the NIHSS scores of the two groups were significantly reduced after 14 days of treatment, and the NIHSS score of the observation group decreased more significantly.Compared with before treatment, the MoCA scores of the two groups increased significantly after 14 days of treatment, and the MoCA score of the observation group increased more significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05). Conclusion On the basis of alteplase thrombolytic therapy, combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can effectively improve the patient's neurological and cognitive functions, the inflammatory response is reduced, and does not cause serious drug reactions, clinical treatment is safe and effective.
