Abstract:Objective To explore the application of serum Ca combined with 99mTc MIBI dual phase imaging in the diagnosis of primary hyperparathyroidism.Methods From 58 patients with hypercalcemia were examined.The detection rate and results of several detection methods were compared by retrospective analysis and investigation.Results In 58 patients,the detection rate of serum Ca combined with 99mTc MIBI dual phase imaging in the diagnosis of primary hyperparathyroidism(35 cases,60.34%) was the same as that of B-ultrasound,which was higher than that of CT(30 cases,51.72%)(P<0.05);the specificity of three detection methods was 100%,and the sensitivity of CT and B-ultrasound was lower than that of serum Ca combined with 99mTc MIB The sensitivity of serum Ca combined with 99mTc MIBI dual phase imaging was 87.59%,the positive predictive value was 98.00%,the negative predictive value was 89.33%(P<0.05).According to the results of several imaging methods,serum Ca combined with 99mTc MIBI dual phase imaging showed that 35 of 58 patients were diagnosed as parathyroidism,including 32 parathyroid adenomas and 2 parathyroid hyperplasia 2 cases were parathyroid cancer.By B-ultrasonic examination,35 cases were diagnosed as hyperparathyroidism,including 20 parathyroid adenomas and 2 hyperparathyroidism.In addition,38 cases were diagnosed as hyperparathyroidism by CT,of which 14 were parathyroid adenoma(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of primary hyperparathyroidism,serum Ca combined with 99mTc MIBI dual phase imaging is simple,easy and accurate,which can reduce the misdiagnosis and mistreatment of primary hyperparathyroidism,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
