Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of fentanyl combined with dezocine and fentanyl combined with ketorolac tromethamine（PCIA）on the pain and sedation of patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC）.Methods A total of 98 LC patients in the hospital were divided into study group and control group by random number table method,each with 49 cases.Patients in the control group used fentanyl combined with dezocine for analgesia,and patients in the study group used fentanyl combined with ketorolac tromethamine for analgesia.Compare the pain degree（VAS）and the degree of sedation（Ramsay sedation score）at 1h,2h,4h,8h,12h,24h,48h after the operation of the two groups of patients,and record the occurrence of adverse reactions during the analgesia of the two groups.Results The VAS scores of the study group at 1h,2h,4h,8h,12h,24h,48h after operation were lower than those of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant（P>0.05）.There was no significant difference in Ramsay sedation score between the two groups of patients at 1h,2h,4h,8h,12h,24h,48h after operation（P>0.05）.There were no adverse reactions such as respiratory depression in both groups,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 16.32%,which was significantly lower thanthe control group（38.78%）（P<0.05）.Conclusion Fentanyl combined with ketorolac tromethamine intravenously controlled analgesia and fentanyl combined with dezocinehave similar effects.Both of which have good analgesic and sedative effects,but fentanyl combined with ketorolac tromethamine has fewer adverse reactions.
