Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of sufentanil combined with midazolam in patients with severe head injury and its influence on stress response. Methods A total of 85 patients with severe craniocerebral injury admitted to the ICU of our hospital were selected. After admission, they were treated with comprehensive treatment, and 1-3μg/(kg·h)sufentanil combined with 50mg mida were used.Zolam is sedative and analgesic.Observe the stress response, sedative and analgesic effects, intracranial pressure levels and adverse drug reactions at different time points before and after administration. Results There was no significant difference in stress response indexes at different time points before and after administration(P>0.05);the scores of sedation and analgesia at different time points after administration were lower than those before administration, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After the administration, the intracranial pressure level of the patients showed a continuous downward trend, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total adverse reaction rate of 85 patients was 5.88%,after adjusting the dose The adverse reactions disappeared and no serious adverse events were caused. Conclusion Sufentanil combined with midazolam for severe craniocerebral injury can achieve the desired effect, which is beneficial to reduce intracranial pressure without causing severe stress response, maintaining good sedation, reducing the pain of the patient, and adverse reactions. The rate is low and it is worthy of wide application.
