Abstract:Objective To study the value of quantitative parameters of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)in predicting lymph node metastasis of ovarian cancer.Methods The clinical data of 63 patients with ovarian cancer diagnosed were retrospectively analyzed and included in the ovarian cancer group;the clinical data of 62 patients with ovarian cancer complicated with lymph node metastasis diagnosed in our hospital during the same period were collected and included in the lymph node metastasis group.The quantitative parameters of CEUS,including transit time,development time,peak time and peak intensity,were recorded and compared between the two groups,and the value of transit time,development time,peak time and peak intensity in predicting ovarian cancer with lymph node metastasis was analyzed.Results The transit time,development time,peak time and peak intensity of lymph node metastasis group were lower than those of ovarian cancer group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC curve)was drawn,and the area under the curve(AUC)of CEUS quantitative parameters such as transit time,development time,peak time and peak intensity to predict ovarian cancer with lymph node metastasis was 0.817 、0.863、0.807、0.844.Conclusion CEUS parameters can predict lymph node metastasis of ovarian cancer and provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer.
