Abstract：Objective To explore nucleic acid test Resultsand related factors of HIV among men who have sex with men（MSM）in Kaifeng from 2016-2020.Methods A total of 1,460 MSM in Kaifeng from 2016-2020 were enrolled as the research subjects.The nucleic acid test Resultsof HIV were analyzed.The related influencing factors of HIV infection were analyzed by Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis.Results The nucleic acid test Resultsof HIV showed that the positive rates of HIV among MSM in Kaifeng showing increasing trends（P<0.05）.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age not younger than 40 years old,low education level,local residence time shorter than 2 years,syphilis infection,and no persistent usage of condoms were independent risk factors of HIV infection among MSM（P<0.05）.Conclusion HIV infection rate is increasing among MSM in Kaifeng from 2016-2020,which is affected by age,education level,local residence time and syphilis infection.Clinically,targeted measures should be taken to curb HIV transmission.
