Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of hemodialysis(HDF)combined with HD on renal fibrosis and inflammatory factors in patients with chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods A total of 93 GRF patients were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(46 cases)and the observation group(47 cases).Control group treated with HD,the observation group based on the joint HDF treatment,compared the two groups after treatment of renal fibrosis [link protein fiber(Fn),hyaluronic acid(HA),collagen type Ⅲ before(PC-Ⅲ)and collagen type Ⅳ](C-Ⅳ)levels,inflammatory factor levels [serum c-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin 6(IL-6),interleukin cells-10(IL-10)].Results After treatment,two groups of FN were rising,C-Ⅳ,HA,PC-Ⅲ decreased,but the observation group of FN is higher than the control group,the C-Ⅳ,HA,PC-Ⅲ is lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,CRP and IL-6 were reduced in both groups,and IL-10 levels were increased in both groups.However,CRP and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and IL-10 was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion HD combined with HDF in the treatment of CRF patients can reduce the level of inflammatory factors,improve renal fibrosis,reduce renal injury.
