Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of pramipexole combined with dopasense on the ability of daily living and serum biochemical indicators of Parkinson's patients. Method Select 120 Parkinson's patients received to carry out the study.According to the simple random grouping method,all patients were divided into observation group（60 cases）and control group（60 cases）.The control group was treated with dopasrazide,and the observation group was treated with pramipexole on this basis.The daily activities of the two groups were compared,and the serum biochemical indicators of the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in NMS and MMSE scores between the two groups of patients（P>0.05）;after treatment,the MMSE score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the NMS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was significant（P<0.05）Before the intervention,the serum biochemical indicators（serum Hcy level,ICF-I level）of the two groups were not significantly different（P>0.05）.After the intervention,the observation group's serum Hcy level and ICF-I level were better than those of the control group.Significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion For Parkinson's disease,the treatment effect of pramipexole combined with dopasrazide can improve its cognitive function,reduce adverse reactions,and effectively reduce the level of inflammation in patients.This treatment plan is worthy of popularization and application.
