Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of methyldopa combined with labetalol on hemodynamics and pregnancy outcome in patients with preeclampsia. Methods 78 cases of preeclampsia were selected and divided into observation group(n=39)and control group(n=39)according to the drawing method. On the basis of conventional treatment, the control group was treated with magnesium sulfate, and on the basis of the control group, the observation group was treated with methyldopa and labetalol. The clinical efficacy, hemodynamics and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the clinical total effective rate of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment, map and peripheral resistance of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and cardiac index was higher than that before treatment, and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was lower(P<0.05). Conclusion The combined treatment of methyldopa and labetalol in patients with preeclampsia has definite effect, which can effectively regulate the hemodynamics of patients and improve the pregnancy outcome, which is worthy of clinical application.
