Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of extensive hysterectomy on bladder function of early cervical cancer by retaining pelvic autologous nerves. Methods 90 cases of cervical cancer patients were selected as the test subjects, according to the ethonectomy sampling method divided into 2 groups, control group and observation group of 45 cases, respectively, selected extensive hysterectomy treatment, retaining pelvic autologous nerve extensive hysterectomy treatment, and compared with postoperative female sexual function scale(FSFI)score, postoperative bladder residual urine volume, exhaust time, excretion time, urinary tract retention time, hospitalization rate, and statistics of urinary abnormality. Results The urination rate, detoo urination abnormality rate and FSFI score were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the residual urine volume of the bladder after surgery was less than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the urethra retention time, detoating time, exhaust time, and hospital stay were shorter than that of the control group(P<05). Conclusion The extensive hysterectomy treatment of retaining pelvic autologous nerve in patients with cervical cancer has a significant effect, which can reduce the effect on postoperative sexual function and improve bladder function.
