Abstract:Objective To observe and explore the serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI),Hs-CRP),Endothelial microparticles,EMPs)and plasma adiponectin(APN)levels and their correlation with QRS score of electrocardiogram. Methods 100 patients with STEMI were studied.According to the number of blood vessels with diameter stenosis higher than 150%,the single vessel lesions were group A,double vessel lesions were group B and three vessel lesions were group C.The levels of serum hs-CRP,EMPs,APN and QRS score of electrocardiogram were compared among the three groups, and the correlation among these indexes was analyzed. Results The levels of serum hs-CRP,EMPs,APN and QRS score of electrocardiogram were the highest in group C,followed by group B and group A(P<0.05).Pearson correlation factor analysis,The QRS score of ECG was positively correlated with the levels of serum hs-CRP,EMPs and APN(r=0.732,0.689 and 0.423,all P<0.05).Conclusion The QRS score of ECG in STEMI patients is positively correlated with the levels of serum hs-CRP,EMPs and APN,which can fully evaluate the severity of coronary artery disease in STEMI patients.
