Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of prednisone acetate combined with azathioprine on serum chemokine levels in patients with autoimmune hepatitis(AIH). Methods 86 AIH patients diagnosed were selected and divided into observation group:control group(cases)=43:43 by random parity number. The control group was treated with prednisone acetate alone,The observation group was treated with azathioprine combined with the control group for 6 months. Before and after treatment, the serum levels of CCR6,CCL20,CXCL10,GGT and lgg4 in the two groups were observed. The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was recorded. Results the serum levels of CCR6,CCL20 and CXCL10 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum GGT and lgg4 levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 48.84%,It was significantly lower than 72.09% of the control group(χ2=4.864,P=0.027). Conclusion prednisone acetate combined with azathioprine in the treatment of autoimmune hepatitis can reduce the level of serum chemokines, improve liver function, improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
