Abstract：To investigate the value of ultrasound-guided Fogarty balloon occlusion of the internal iliac artery for placenta previa cesarean section. Methods 62 patients with placenta previa undergoing cesarean section was selected divided into observation group and 31 control group.The observation group performed ultrasound-guided Fogarty thrombolysis balloon block in the internal iliac artery,and the control group performed conventional PTA ordinary dilated balloon block to compare the differences in intraoperative and postoperative indicators between the two groups. Results During cesarean section,the intraoperative transfusion rate（41.94%）,blood transfusion and operation time were lower than the control group（P 0.05）.The postoperative hysterectomy rate and adverse outcome rate in the observed group were lower than that in the control group.
