Abstract:Objective To evaluate the sedative effect and safety of remazolam in outpatient gastroenteroscopy, the dynamic changes of serum IL-6,CRP and MMSE scores were observed to analyze the correlation between the levels of IL-6 and CRP and cognitive dysfunction(PND).Methods 120 elderly patients were randomly divided into propofol group and remazolam group.Remazolam group was given remazolam toluenesulfonic 5mg intravenous injection,an additional dose of 2.5mg/ time;Propofol group was given 1% propofol 1.5~2.0mg/kg intravenously with an additional dose of 0.2~0.5mg/kg.Blood pressure and heart rate were recorded before and after anesthesia, and MMSE score,IL-6 and CRP levels in peripheral blood were observed at different time periods before and after anesthesia. Results Compared with before administration,MAP and HR in each period after administration were significantly decreased in both groups, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the propofol group,MAP and HR decreased significantly at the beginning of operation,5min after operation and at the end of examination in the remazolam group(P<0.05),but blood pressure fluctuation was basically within the normal range.Compared with the propofol group at the same time period,MMSE,IL-6 and CRP scores of rimazolam group had no significant changes before anesthesia and 6 h after examination(P>0.05).Compared with the propofol group, the cases of nausea, vomiting and dizziness in the remazolam group were significantly reduced, and there was no injection pain, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Compared with propofol, relmazolam benesulfonate has little effect on hemodynamics and fewer adverse reactions in elderly patients undergoing painless gastroenteroscopy, and does not increase the occurrence of postoperative cognitive dysfunction and the changes of peripheral inflammatory factors IL-6 and CRP levels.
